Not usable

I tried to sign up but got stuck at the provider section. I can’t pick my doctor because the app think I’m in Illinois when I’m actually in Georgia. It picks the provider list by location but it’s got my location wrong and there’s no way to pick a location.

Quick and easy!

I used the app this morning to schedule an appointment with my PCP—it literally took seconds! So much easier than calling the office and waiting to speak to someone!

DIFFICULT

The app is one of the hardest to navigate and enter concerns or symptoms. I don’t know if I have a doctors appointment this morning or not. I’m supposed to, but I don’t have a confirmation.
