We can announce two key additions to the app. You can now access the important ‘Montcalm Care Protocol: Stay Well, Stay Safe’, which details how the hotels are keeping guests and staff safe at this unprecedented time. Also, you can verify the hotels are open by clicking the link ‘The Montcalm Hotels are NOW OPEN: Please click here for more details’. Additionally, we have enhanced the app’s performance by updating the UI and fixing a minor bug.

Not useful for booking a room

I joined the “My Montcalm” club and downloaded the app as a means to convenient booking and qualifying for discounted rates available through the app. The app is so non-functional as to suggest a “bait and switch” approach. Moreover, if one emails a property and tells them the app isn’t working, they won’t make available the rates offered on the (non-functional) app. Frankly, this awful app casts the entire hotel chain in a bad light. There are lots of good software engineers and app developers in the world - why can’t this hotel chair hire any!
