Sleazy Company
Academy immediately sold our mortgage to a big bank but has not stopped sending us multiple fake “urgent” letters every day that are nothing but SPAM for their scammy services. While I’m the mortgage approval process they couldn’t even get our names right in email that’s how much they “care”. I would avoid this company and app if possible.

App works well, use company at own risk.
So many excuses on my lone, canceled documents with out my approval, sighed documents without approval , made my creditors mad. They faked my income, without my permission, so it looked like I was a lire. It took 6 months to get all the paper work straight and the lone. Was treated poorly threw out the whole proses. Was not a happy home buying experience. It was like dealing with the bank of same name, the claim they are not part of that company. The app works like a dream if they put the documents in the correct places before you sign them.

This is the best company that actually cares about me and their employees.
Why is this app under “call identification apps”
Their app works well, HOWEVER, I have privacy concerns. Nowhere in their documentation does it say it will install a call identification app under Settings > Phone > Call Blocking and Identification . What is the purpose of this and why is it not disclosed?

Thank God for such an amazing lender! Super friendly staff especially Dave Slater! He was very easy to communicate with and responded real fast to all my concerns along the way. I was able to close earlier than expected! Due to how easy the process was with them. They also gave me an incredibly low interest rate! If I could give them 10 stars I would!

Wants way too much info
Before you can use the app, it wants name, cell number, email, etc. Way too much info for a no name company. Especially if it's just a mortgage calculator.

I love using this app! User friendly. Direct. I can schedule an appointment, upload documents right to the loan officer, text and call the loan officer & best yet, it’s an all in one with the realtor, too.

Needs closing cost estimate included
Nice app but would be more helpful if it included an estimate for the closing costs to give a more accurate picture of the total funds needed to close the loan.

It doesn’t seem to update milestones accurately. It will say the appraisals been ordered when indeed it has not :(
