I love this game, but
I don’t know what’s going on, but all of a sudden the game freezes and crashes I just had three in a row. Especially when I seem to be almost solving things. I think that is coincidence but the freezing is not in the crashing is not it’s happening too much I’ve been playing this for years. I’m tired of this baloney.

This game is the hardest 3 match game I’ve played. It’s addicting! Just wish it didn’t take so long to refill lives 😔
Used to love it, now it barely works
This was my go to game, ‘coming soon’ for the main storyline has been advertised for months and the side art gallery game glitches
Good but need update
I like this game and so do my kids. But I am on chapter 8 and have been there for awhile. When is the next update? I would really like to continue the story. Other than that I like the concept and the story

Can’t connect my Facebook account with this game
Messed up starting point.
When I first opened the game, it showed the usual cutscene, and when I got to the first level, I had no hearts at all. I had to wait 20-30 minutes just to get one heart and play the game. Also, it said click here to complete the mission so I can turn on the light, and I couldn’t do anything at all. I tried to reboot the game, nothing happened. Do you think you can fix this? Thanks!

This game is a complete scam, when you get into the game it says complete a quest but it you do it, it takes you right back and you have no hearts

Loads up fine but can’t complete 1st task as just downloaded it to see what it was like. It seems stuck on please click here at the beginning
Can’t even play
I really liked this game when I first started playing. I took a break for a while and just recently tried to come back to it. I can’t even play it. It just keeps telling me to check my connection wether I use Wi-Fi or data. It’s been that way at least a couple of months. How do the developers not know this is happening? Disappointed to say the least. Do better.

Unreliable
For the last three months or so the game has me going backwards and redoing levels I’ve already completed.
Bug needs fixing
This game still won’t let me link with fb and if I try to play the game it keeps kicking me out it’s been like this for 6 months now and still no fix I even got a new phone so I know it’s not my phone please fix the game it is a great game when it works when it gets fixed I’ll change my review rating.

No Updates & Glitchy Connection
Last update was 2 years ago. Game is unplayable due to constant internet connectivity glitch. My intrnet connection works perfectly on every other app so the problem is at your end. Fix the app or shut it down.

Too much bugs and data errors
I use to play these game since it’s first moment been posted and now with the updates and all the change it still having tha le same issues, once you try to start the game it block and came on the screen a problem with the internet or the internet app, and I’ve been about 3 wks trying to enter and no way to do that because of that error and data problems or graphics, it would be an excellent game if Avery time they made updates and major changes won’t have those problems
