Crash

This app needs an update immediately! It crashes whenever opened. It use to work but doesn’t anymore. Tried deleting and reinstalling to no avail. A shame, was good when it worked.

Crashing

I like the app, but it's crashing everytime I attempt to open it.

INOP

Crashes constantly after asked to allow notifications.

Does not work

Just discovered it, just downloaded it, it launched ONE time and asked me for permission to send notifications upon setup. I said yes, then it crashed. Then it crashed again when trying to reload it- over and over and over…

Don’t bother with this app. I am deleting it.

It’s ok.

Though it’s ok and I use it frequently it’s far from good. It takes forever to submit a complaint if you don’t know exact address. CAN WE JUST HAVE A PIN TO DROP? Since all the fields must be filled the way program wants you to and that is not always logical. It gives out mistake and you have to resubmit everything again, aka re fill all the info again until you guess correctly what app wanted from you. For example, I take a train from Broad street station and at some point walking along Dr Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, I see lots of garbage, broken car windshield, clogged sewers and want to report it. But I don’t know exact address, well it’s the whole stretch from 7th ave till it goes under train overpass. Try to type it in! It will start spewing random numbers at you, ask nearest intersection, but again not just the name of the street but a number, and how do I know that? After resubmitting and resubmitting you just give up! One has only 15 minutes to try be a responsible citizen.
