Stuck in a loop
I want to sign into my Accela account and I already have one created. When I try and login, my only option is to select the “have an account already- hit the skip” button. I select that button and it tells me that account already exists. I go back and it starts all over again without logging in and takes me back to the sign up page. Please help!!!!

This app is uselessness it constantly crashes and does not work.
App keeps crashing
App keeps crashing over and I’ve again. I have uninstalled/installed 3 times with no result.
Crash! Repeatedly!
My city uses this app to keep track of issues. So I downloaded it and tried to open the app. Only every 2 seconds, it crashes and kicks me out. I go back in and it says loading and then kicks me out again. This happened after uninstalling then reinstalling, after turning off my phone and back on, and after waiting a few minutes and trying again. The biggest problem is: I have no other way to check on my issue because this is the way the city does it. Fix this issue!
