Needs a better user experience

Getting an “invalid address” alert box every time the user tries to locate a place on the map is a BAD design choice. Most frustrating thing about this app is using the map to pick an address. The UI is seriously outdated too, 2010 vibes, needs dark mode.

Seems really good with potential to be great.

Submitted two requests, and everything was processed no problem. The only thing stopping a 5star review is the navigation could be less ambiguous. If you live in Louisville you should have this app.
