Don’t bother downloading the app. They don’t actually complete any of your requests. It’s a farce
Doesn’t work on iPhone
Nothing happens on open—just a static page with no nav.
Seems really good with potential to be great.
Submitted two requests, and everything was processed no problem. The only thing stopping a 5star review is the navigation could be less ambiguous. If you live in Louisville you should have this app.
Waste and Recycle services don’t respond
In the years that I have used Metro 311, the waste management services never respond to missed services. The app is useless in this regard.
Doesn’t Work
Could be good, but I’ve never had an issue addressed by the city. I’ve submitted over 10 issues and not one has been looked into. It’s a fantasy app.
