App does not present updated information

This app doesn’t give good,accurate or timely information and updates on cases submitted. Only says ‘completed’ and no details are presented and no resolution. I use the app and the web interface, both horrible. The only thing good is that I can record an issue without having to talk to a person, what happens then is a mystery.

Better than expected

I use this app very frequently, to report potholes, trash dumping, trees needing trimming, etc etc and the issues ALWAYS get taken care of within a day or at most 2. Very happy with this app.
