When I select my submitted requests to view the comments by the City, I get a ‘Request is Not Found’ error.
Better than expected
I use this app very frequently, to report potholes, trash dumping, trees needing trimming, etc etc and the issues ALWAYS get taken care of within a day or at most 2. Very happy with this app.

Fast response, good tracking
Easy to snap picture of problem and send. It notes the location automatically. You get updates on the fix.

This app is so easy to use and it tracks what has been done so you can see once your issue has been handled. Great for reporting graffiti and other public nuisances.

This is a very useful app. I reported graffiti, with pictures and geo tagged them for location and the next day the graffiti was gone!

Glad the city has something to report incidences!! Used it recently for overflowing sprinkler at a city park and dogs barking all day. So convenient!!
Can’t sign up
App continually states my password must be 6 characters long no matter if it is 6 or 15 letters/numbers. Frustrating!

For the city of Oceanside this App. should work and look nice, I give this app. a thumbs down.
Photos from library jam app
When I try and add a photo from my library the photo goes full sized and hides any buttons to select the photo I’m stuck so I can’t continue on the app.
It DOES work!!
I have had immediate results is it four stars with complaints or concerns that I’ve had. I urge everyone and Oceanside to download this app and use it constructively.
Doesn’t work
Downloaded App today. When I look for entries for the past 5 years I get a notification to change my criteria for the search, no options to do so. Couldn’t find any map feature. I haven’t tried making any entry. Maybe that feature works.

Works poorly
Works poorly in iOS 11. No updates in 2 years. And it thinks I am in the Gulf of Guinea off the coast of Ghana.

Can you please update this app to support iPhone X screen size ?
Doesn’t work
The app opens but will not get past the first page. No option to do anything except look at a picture of the pier and the Acela logo.
