Does not work
Bought a lifetime subscription via 3rd party. It records but no transcription or summary. Does the same as a voice memo. Reached out to support, never heard back. Waste of money.
Crashes all the time
Crashes every time it attempts to transcribe even the simplest of recordings (Hello world, thank you, goodbye).

This app I got third party from Stack Social as a “lifetime plan” the app is horrible it doesn’t communicate between my phone and my computer sign in is a hustle and an overall waste of money I wouldn’t use it even if it was free.
All data disappeared - zero customer service
I had been using this app for a little over 60 days and making a lot of recordings. Then, suddenly one day I opened the app and nothing was there. All of my recordings had disappeared. And they are no where to be found. Support has never responded to me. And because it was past 60 days it couldn't be refunded. Don't trust your data with this app. Make copies of it or you will lose it all like I did. Oh, and the transcriptions are pretty mediocre. There are much more accurate ones available elsewhere.

Had problems with it when I first tried to use it 1.5 lecture took over 9 hours to transpose. Restarted App and nothing restarted the computer and done in like 2 seconds. Summary is super generic and user interface leaves a lot to be desired. Would be nice if it would distinguish between voice a little bit better. I think I will have to run transcript through a different ai but I guess it will work in a pinch. A mother feature that would be cool is if I could import an audio recording from another source without having to hall a study mic around to get a decent quality recording. Changed from a 0 start that I wanted to give original to a 3. If updates lead to improvements I will update.

No customer support
I've reached out to this company in May and again in July with no response. Customer support non-existent. My app stopped opening and i've uninstalled and reinstalled with the same issue. for the short while the app worked i liked it but now i wasted my money.

Really??? I wanted to try it out but when I first opened it, it went to a subscribe screen wanting me to pay for it and it refused to let me try it out first..,.. bad marketing!
Artificial but Lacking Intelligence (and basic functionality)
Purchased and setup fine. It’s recorded a few meetings. The transcripts aren’t real useful (Teams transcripts are 1,000x better). I wasn’t too worried about transcripts, since it does seem to record the meetings. Where I found it useless is in the inability to create a summary of my meeting, yet it found 100 actions in a 30 min chat. And each action was just the transcript language verbatim. I didn’t find any options to rename my recorded notes or teach it my voice, or remove actions (individually or in bulk). The folders are really more like tags (I couldn’t create sub-folders)
I’d recommend you save your money with this one. (I never write reviews but disliked this enough to try to help others avoid my mistake.)

Doesn't even summarize the meeting
I downloaded this app with the intention of using it to summarize my meetings and provide live transcriptions during recordings. Initially, it functioned well for the first couple of days, delivering accurate summaries. However, after just two days, it suddenly stopped working and no longer provides meeting summaries. Additionally, I've encountered another significant issue: the app does not sync between my devices, which is incredibly frustrating. Overall, I feel that this app has not lived up to its promises and has turned out to be a waste of money.

Doesn’t work
Doesn’t recognize anything said to it. I just threw my money away on it. What a ripoff! Apple Apps — take this out of your store! How do we get our money back?
What the heck!
0 stars. Doesn’t work at all. No directions. I click on the record button on iPad, and it seems to be recording. No playback. Says to wait while it’s transcribing. Then gobbledygook comes out. Not one word that was spoken. Waste of 39.00 US$ I want my money back. I also tried to play a recording for it to transcribe. Nada. Is this some kind of joke?

App appears to be useless
If this app works, I don’t know how. No instructions. Seems to be missing the ability to transcribe existing audio files. No instructions. Email to support bounces back.

Does not work on iPad Pro with M2 chip
Works on iPhone but not on my iPad Pro with M2 chip. After recording, could not even play back recording, after clicking done, AI seemed to be working but with no end.
Simple Fix
I found out that, to fix the problem where it is stuck at transcribing, simply change the 'detect-language' to 'English' in setting (or your preferred language)

I wrote a previous review that was not complimentary, and that was wrong. The problem was in my purchase of a pro license from Popular Mechanics. The instructions from PM were odd. Once I figured out how to log in, everything worked. Nice app. Does what it says it will do.

This is a complete rip off. With Bytes offers a pro license, but no way to actually enter it. That is money I will never see again.
Crashing after taking first audio note
Was excited to try this for summarizing some recorded lectures. Testing it out using a recorded lecture on my Mac book pro. Tried ending the audio recording in order to see what the note taking app had so far summarized and it crashed and will not open again. Eventually giving the error that the app can’t be opened anymore.
