Tu essaies d’acheter 30 Go via l’application avec une carte bancaire. La transaction échoue deux fois, mais ensuite tu remarques que l’argent a été débité de ton compte. Quand tu fais une réclamation, tu dois attendre longtemps. Le volume internet n’est remboursé qu’après une semaine, et on t’impose ce remboursement.

Au final, tu voulais acheter 30 Go, mais tu te retrouves à payer pour 90 Go.
