Horrible experience. The internet is very slow, this company will never give you deals or any good offers. The deals are getting more expensive every year. Do not complain. They do not care.

Tu essaies d’acheter 30 Go via l’application avec une carte bancaire. La transaction échoue deux fois, mais ensuite tu remarques que l’argent a été débité de ton compte. Quand tu fais une réclamation, tu dois attendre longtemps. Le volume internet n’est remboursé qu’après une semaine, et on t’impose ce remboursement.
Au final, tu voulais acheter 30 Go, mais tu te retrouves à payer pour 90 Go.

N’achetez surtout pas de forfaits avec votre carte bancaire j’ai payé le mien et je ne l’ai pas recu, j’ai fait une reclamation il y a une semaine et encore pas de réponse. À déconseiller.

Eviter de charger internet par carte bancaire , le compte va être débiter sans que vous receviez le forfait et après il faut suivre une reclamation pendant plus qu’une semaine :( ooredoo a éviter
