Captcha Überprüfung funktioniert leider nicht

Die App sah vielversprechend aus und für 2 Euro war es keine große Überlegung.
Nach der Eingabe der Trackingnummer muss man ein captcha ausfüllen. Soweit so gut und legitim. Jedoch egal wie man das captcha eingibt (camel case, upper case, lower case) es wird nicht angenommen. Egal ob im WLAN oder per Mobilfunk.
Sehr schade finde ich es dass ich nur über das App Store Review mit dem Verkäufer in Kontakt treten kann, da Support hinter einem 2 Euro Jahresabo versteckt ist. Kostentechnisch nicht die Welt. Aber wenn eine App für die ich bereits 2 Euro bezahlt habe leider nicht nutzbar ist es etwas befremdlich weitere 2 Euro auszugeben um den Entwickler über einen offensichtlichen bug zu informieren.
Es wurden weder VPNs noch andere IP verschleierungstools verwendet. Alles über legitime DSL bzw. Mobilfunk IPs.
Sehr schade.

This app does NOT work!!!! I have asked for a refund but it just takes u to a page to charge another $1.00 for the refund absolutely horrific!!!!! It may only be a $1.99 but everyone that pays this just puts money in this Germans pocket!!!! It does NOT WORK!!!!!! Keep looking Beware!!!!
