Ugh frustrating
I have deleted the app because it wanted me to update my password constantly….I added it again now it keeps asking me to update my email, I do then it says it’s updated. I try to look at my account and it goes back to “update email”. I can’t win with this app. I only wanted it to have the bar code for easy sign in. I’m about to delete the whole dang thing and go back to using my DL, this is just too frustrating!!!

Can’t even sign in
Every time I try to open the app it gets stuck on a screen saying to confirm my email address and it just sits and buffers… doesn’t work. Absolute trash. Please do better!
Never opens or works
Why create an app that closes as soon as you try to open it. Hire someone new to maintain your app please - super frustrating for customers.
Awful update
After the recent update this is basically useless I’m tired of having useless apps on my phone!

Ever since the new update, I can’t see my tan time or my products that I’ve previously purchased.
App doesn’t work
History of visits and the 24-hour time period when tanning is allowed the following day is no longer available on the new version. Please fix it!

Only thing this app was good for was tanning history. No longer available now 😞

For whatever reason you can’t access your tan time on the app!!! I’m sure most use this app specifically for that reason!! This has to be the worst app ever. It has been so inconsistent since the app was created! It doesn’t show any purchases or my tab history at all!!!
Needs an update
I have been trying to login for over a month with no luck. I get notifications of deals and specials but when clicking on the notification it directs me to log in. Please update your app.

It’s horrible! It states my premier rewards isn’t available and then I lose them!
Hate the new app
They completely removed the section where it showed when your reward would be issued. Now it’s just a guessing game on when you get one so I marked my calendar to ask the salon in 5 months bc why have a reward program and not give rewards out

Once I updated app, it no longer goes beyond the apps title page. In the past, I would have given 4 stars.

App doesn’t show my correct tan time and won’t update. Very frustrating
New update is awful
This app used to work fine. The only thing I want it to do is tell me the time at which I’m eligible to tan again. It used to do this beautifully. Now it is never correct, and I never know when I can go in. The update ruined the app.
Changed after the last update
It was telling me my updated eligible to tan time after every session. But it hasn’t been updating or logging any of my sessions since the last update.
