Not working

The app was great, but when u updated, it showed up as the screen for me to type in my password but the keyboard won’t come up on the screen so now I can’t access any of my stuff ...

Well...

Well I was liking it until it stopped letting me on it. I go to it and try and unlock it but it doesn’t show the keyboard so I can type in my password. My pictures are gone forever now 😞

Not compatible with IOS 11 as the keyboard is not displayed to enter password

My iOS got updated but when try to access the app, password screen is seen but no keyboard to enter the password
