Technical Difficulties

I joined about three weeks ago. Paid for the year. Confirmation that I paid. However, it’s not allowing me to record my food intake. I have tried all the ways offered. It keeps asking me to pay.
So I took off the app with keeping my subscription and went to load the app again. And I am being asked to pay.

Scam

Ordered the app - can't enter meal data and camera upload crashes. Horrible folks. How does Apple vet apps on their platform? What a joke

Manual Entry Not Working

Nothing happens when I enter a meal manually.

App not working

I paid the subscription and the app won’t log my meals

Really?

Last two weeks have been unsatisfactory. Site constantly off line.
Now today it is different and doesn’t recognize me.
Back on but won’t recognize my added food input.
Cancel me, please.
