Technical Difficulties

I joined about three weeks ago. Paid for the year. Confirmation that I paid. However, it’s not allowing me to record my food intake. I have tried all the ways offered. It keeps asking me to pay.
So I took off the app with keeping my subscription and went to load the app again. And I am being asked to pay.

Last two weeks have been unsatisfactory. Site constantly off line.
Now today it is different and doesn’t recognize me.
Back on but won’t recognize my added food input.

Would not add the right information.

The website was easy to use at the beginning but hen started to get hard as I realized that the food was not being calculated correctly.

Do not pay any money to use this app. It did not help

I got the wrong thing for the same price as the AI that does so much. This app is awful and I want a refund.
