Technical Difficulties
I joined about three weeks ago. Paid for the year. Confirmation that I paid. However, it’s not allowing me to record my food intake. I have tried all the ways offered. It keeps asking me to pay.
So I took off the app with keeping my subscription and went to load the app again. And I am being asked to pay.

I paid for the pro version now I can’t login and nobody will respond to me

I tried to use it and it didn’t even work at all. I even paid the weekly subscription and it wouldn’t work at all.
Would not add the right information.
The website was easy to use at the beginning but hen started to get hard as I realized that the food was not being calculated correctly.
