For a large health system, this app is a joke
The quality of this app is such a stain on the Dignity Health name. A poor online experience is the equivalent of having a dirty awning and sidewalk in front of a restaurant. It makes you very suspicious about what goes on behind the scenes if their customer-facing technology is this bad.
App made by the lowest bidder?
I miss MyChart when I was on the East Coast. Dignity Health should be ashamed of this app they use! The sign-in page is terrible. Doesn’t autofill password and no biometric login. Then if you are signed out due to inactivity, the app goes into an endless sign-in loop. So many bugs I can’t list them all.

Login Issues
As most other users have reported, it is not possible to login. It is not possible on desktop either. Google play users report the same issue. It’s almost as if they’re trying to hide shady billing practices.
Can’t even log-in
Everytime I log in and verify my phone number it goes right back to the log in screen. MyChart is way better but unfortunately I have to use this

I keep resetting my password and it still doesn’t let me log in. Can’t even test the functionality of the app like everyone is saying lol

This application does not work. I cannot access the records on a regular computer, it prompted me to download the app. I cannot access anything on this app it does not even open once u attempt to login. Absolutely unacceptable for a large corporation to not fix this issue.
Literally useless
Buttons don’t work, it’s just an endless loop back to the FAQs page. I can’t actually do anything the app is designed to do.
Can’t log in :/
I attempted to log in my account to possibly view the patient portal. I entered the correct log in credential from the website but just kept loading to re log in again. Need an update soon.

Was in emergency yesterday. Doesn’t show any records or information. Can’t even message my doctor. Very broken.

Only way to get my medical records is through this app. But nope can’t login. Making billions of dollars and can’t make a simple functioning app. Health conglomerates are the worst.
Can Someone Update this App
Can someone actually take time and update this app to a functional app. The number of times I’ve tried to log in after getting an email saying I have a message only for the app to not finish loading is insane.

This app is useless. I dread the moment when providers tell you to contact them through the app, because you know it won’t work. Today, I cannot even get the login screen to load. It’s incomprehensible to me how an HMO can have a public interface that dysfunctional

I keep trying to reset my password but no matter what email I put, I do not receive anything to help me get through. I keep going in an endless circle. I had the app before so I don’t know why it’s so hard to log back in.
Don’t bother loading that app
Worse health platform app I have used. I’m currently using 3 other medical app with no issue, this one is a waste of time, highly frustrating. You won’t even get alerts when receiving a new message. Doesn’t even deserve 1*
Worst
Does not work. Worst medical app I have ever tried to use. Mayo and UChealth, etc are a breeze. But even the process of trying to set this up is a nightmare. And I’m pretty good with technology. This app should be scrapped. Never could get into it to see my medical records. Finally gave up.
