Facial log-in must be restored.
While I have always found Sutter Health helpful, lately, I’ve lost face-login. I cannot access it; before it was on the sign-in page,clearly accessible. Please put it where we can find it so signing in is assured. It’s the best method.
Taking time to contact doctors, manage upcoming visits, describe our symptom’s, and cancel or make appointments removes much time from our days. It EATS our days. When we continually—at least four times in the last two or three months—lose the ability to log in, as I lately have, we become deeply frustrated.
I personally need to be getting exercise, not make texts.

Auto Monthly Payment Doesn’t Work
The automatic withdrawal for a monthly payment plan doesn’t work for some reason. It used to work, but now it doesn’t.
