Can’t send messages to my doctor. No option to choose what apt I want to schedule.

Confusing and unstable
It’s quite apparent that Sutter uses this method to pretend to stay on top of medical care for patients. It’s highly unreliable and o do not receive replies to inquires as it promises to do. Despite says that you will reply within 48 hours you don’t reply at all. Schedule changes by your staff also complicates matters. For example, today, 14 Sept, I cleared my telecon schedule for a 1000L call but it was apparently changed to 0845–and then I’m told I am supposed to initiate the call? I have very unstable connectivity at times in my remote location. Is this system being hosted via the Internet—e.g., WIFI? I can generally support a WIFI connection but not a cell connection.

Often tries to schedule me at an incorrect location
Well this is so frustrating! About half the time I use the app it wants to schedule me to a location that’s highly inconvenient to my home address. I live in Los Altos, close to Palo Alto and Mountain View. I’m not sure why MHO thinks Orinda, Antioch, Oakland, etc would be more convenient. Sigh
