This app is woefully inadequate

On iOS the badge is invisible. The navigation is from 10 years ago. It takes 15 minutes to find even the most basic things (i.e. messages). And messages disappear in two days. Your app is almost useless in an era when health care apps are critical. Take a look at Stanford Healthcare’s myhealth online. It’s a model to live up to.

My Health Online

looks fun!

Love the App

I really like using the Sutter MyHealthOnline. I can always look and see when appointments are scheduled, if I have any questions I can ask them and it’s very easy to use

Screening

Tell me I need screening but doesn’t help me get an appointment

Asking more questions and get nothing done

This App was supposed to help us to get tasks done like making appointments, get prescriptions refilled or questions answered, but after using it for a few years, I find this App is asking us more and more not relavent questions and cannot get to the next steps to make appointments or get any information. Disappointing

Messaging

Rarely do I get a response from my doctors when I message them.

Great app!

Works great and user friendly.

Schedule

Nightmare . You can schedule even you are approved because you will get message you need to be approved approval????

Great tool

My Health Online posts the results right away and it is easy to communicate with the Health care team as well. Access to past results is very helpful as well

User friendly

This health app is very user friendly!

Horrible

Worst billing system on the planet!

Confusing

Some instructions not well explained including the new Epic login. Also when you send a notification and a link, shouldn’t the subject of the notification pop up when you open the app?

Clunky but functional

Does the job well. My main gripe is with deep links from/to app, as they rarely work properly. Eg: When I receive an email with a link that reads "View message", in iOS I expect the link to open a web browser and then the app and then be taken directly to the message it told me is there and that it wants me to view. However, I end up on the Sutter website and need to login, even if you're logged in in a separate window (cookie not recognized?). So I then manually launch the app, login, and then ... need to find the new message it asked me to view.

So easy to use

Other health care organizations

Better memory than mine

The ultimate backup for results, appointments and scheduling.

This App is convenient

It’s easy to use, informative and helpful to stay on top of my health.

Merge of two systems

The merger between Sansum and Sutter’s online system is confusing. Not sure which site I am supposed to use. Some links such as Tests Ordered don’t work. Much prefer Sansum’s online health better.

Can be made better

Horrible app honestly, it’s so confusing and is so frustrating to use.

Many basic functions missing

My daughter has 4 medical providers at present - her PCP, a spinal specialist, a nutritionist and an optometrist. The message part of the app will let me email booking requests - but only for annual exams, not for anything else; technical / billings enquiries; and messages to 2 of her 4 medical providers with whom she has active care plans and regular appointments, but not the other 2. This results in me having to phone up to contact their offices, which results in a 20-45min dance of pointlessness with AI based phone systems before I finally get put through to a human being, who generally tells me that they can’t help but can send a message to the practitioners team asking them to call me. What a giant waste of time and resources.

Easy

You don’t have to be tech savvy to use the app. It really has been useful.
