Issues with app
This app won’t work properly (not able to login) and I can’t get tech support without an error.

This has been a nightmare since it was developed, it’s obvious that this app has been abandoned by its developers… 1.3 rating is pathetic especially when it’s linked to our personal data.
App Crash at Login
The app repeatedly fails to open despite multiple attempts and password changes. Useless!
Does not work
Neither the app nor the website works on iOS. Waste of time. You can only access the website on a windows machine using Chrome. All other browsers and operating systems fail.
Not supported on 2022 iPad Air
I haven’t been able to see any of my information since this was upgraded to AllegienceMD, yet the developer states it’s supported by IOS 12 or higher…..so NOT TRUE!

The app won’t open. It requires using the web to access the site.

Crashes constantly. You have to delete and redownload to get it to work again. Then the next time you go to use it, instantly crashes.

Crashes when you try to open it
I hate hate hate hate hate hate that my doctor has chosen this app. It crashes every single time you try to open it, it crashes. You have to delete and reinstall, and then it will work for that session only.

This app doesn't work! If I want to open I need to uninstall it and install it again every time to use it once. Second time you want to use it it wont open!

Why won’t it open?
I had the app on my phone but removed it when it wouldn’t open anymore. I even tried re-installing it. Still nothing. What a waste!

Worthless App
I would give it a zero if I could. Only thing it does is crash. Recommending to my provider that they dump this service and use another one. Makes you think - If they cant keep the app from constantly crashing how safe is your data?
This app is terrible
They haven’t even updated it in 2 years and I can’t even delete it nor will it open!
