Worked great until …

Never had a problem until y’all gave a make-over to the website, and you must have broken something on the back-end, because everything related to accounts is toast. Updates that used to happen auto-magically now require a force-quit to trigger.

• for starters, the day the website was refreshed, I lost all of my kids from my linked accounts. (Submitted three IT tickets and yet to hear back. )

• if you scanned in a returned book, the app used to update immediately. Now it requires a force-quit.

• when placing a hold, you get a confirmation that it went through. But then when you go to your holds, it’s not there.

• for both of the last two, I’ve tried every permutation without force quitting it, and it just won’t update. Tried walking out of Wi-Fi range and then back again, tried simply closing the app and not force quitting it, waited 24 hours to see if it would update, and it never did. But then sure enough, force quit, and everything update updates.

• also kind of a bummer that all that work went into updating the webpage but the app still looks like a 1.0 version. The main menu does not contain the items that a user would consider to be “main.” it’s kind of sort of nice that you can rearrange the items in the “main” menu, but it would be nice if all of the things “my account” or more upfront and could be kept at the top.

I will update this when the server side problems appear to be fixed .

Wish it worked

The app used to work and would remember my library card number. Now - I have to enter my entire card number every time I want to use the app.

I now use my computer, which will remember my card number.

I don’t know who is over technology, but it would be great to get things fixed. I am finding I am later returning books and don’t use the library as much because of this.

Please please look into this! I love our library and would appreciate seeing this updated.

Simply does not work

It used to work well but has now stopped letting me log in. In the time of COVID with services and access curtailed this is inexcusable. What are we paying taxes to the library for if accessibility is so limited.

Subpar

The convenience is great when it works. Now it won’t let remember you’re log in information; which is basically the last six digits of your lib card number. You also can’t access other features on the app like Prospector, which I find unfortunate. It badly needs a new update.

It doesn’t work anymore

I loved this app. It was so easy to renew books and look through the catalog.

But now it has stopped working. I usually can’t sign in, but if it does let me, it immediately signs me out when I click on anything.

I’ve been using the website instead, but I wish the app was working.
