The app says you can browse anonymously, but if you choose that option, you just get blocked on every navigation item that says “requires account”.
Thus while app is clearly nothing more than a data mining app for personal data tracking and collection.
The announcements and news shouldn’t even be an app. It could be replaced by a simple RSS feed. (And users could use whatever feed reader they prefer.)
The calendar could be replaced by a simple iCal feed (ics) that lets users subscribe using their existing calendar apps.
All this before even looking at the design that looks like ai slop. Buttons are wonky sizes, half the text is clipped and doesn’t scale correctly. The whole thing reeks of cheap slop without any design sense or taste, deployed in order to collect user data.
