Have had multiple frustrations with this app
When it works it can be great but the key there is WHEN it works.. I haven’t use this app for at least 6 months but still paying for the Zip Match feature monthly. I went to use it today and I can’t even get past the first option to chose New PC Enrollment. I then try to select location and it gives me a never ending pop-up cycle saying “customer location” with a box for ok or cancel then I still can’t enter anything bc that pop-up comes back.
I tried uninstalling and re-downloading the app and the same problem. Waste of my money for multiple issues over the last few years; this is just the latest.

Faulty customer location lock out
This was a beloved app, but now it won’t let me add a customer location and so it won’t let me use it at all. :(
Used to be lifesaver
I used this app ALL THE TIME and was confident with pricing updates. As of late, will not let me enter country and therefore unable to advance. Very disappointed!
Not recommended
Lots of glitches. Works for a while then stops working.
Update needed
Prices have changed and the app doesn’t reflect the changes. Super disappointing. It used to be a great app.

I can’t add the country or state so basically it’s worthless.
Super buggy!
I can’t even get one price!! I hit product and it brings up quantity. I hit the X button and it brings up Products. I hit Redefine it brings up Reserve. Finally get Redefine highlighted - it is nothing. Literally just wasted $7. No cracks in screen so can’t blame it on that. Too bad since it came highly recommended.

Zipcodes
Great app overall but the zipcodes for 93065 is incorrect.
I pay $1.99 per month for zipcodes and I found few wrong ones already. Also, Can you add $45 kit to new consultant category, similar to what you have for new PC. Thanks so much!!

Doesn’t work
This is the worst app I’ve ever used. When touching the options, I have to tap about 1/2 inch above the actual tab I need. Today, I cannot even select a state and it keeps asking me to purchase the zip code for an extra 20.00. I’d like a full refund on this app. I’ve tried the support tab and I get redirected to Facebook.

Long time R+F consultant
I have used this App since shortly after it was released, which was a while ago. For a long time I have recommended to my team of 80+ consultants. It is incredibly useful. When a new customer is ready to order and it’s time to talk about PC vs Retail, you can very quickly get side by side prices for their order to show them the exact cost difference, even including the enrollment fee. The App gives smart options and was obviously developed by another consultant because it’s exactly what we need. You can easily customize the prices that display—New PC or current PC, Consultant Pricing (which I always include if they have showed a glimmer of interest in the business side), and even QV. It’s just handy to have since it’s a bit (more than a bit) of a process to get price quotes from our websites, especially if you want to compare a few different things. Like the total prices for a bundle versus purchasing regimen + the item separately, and show the savings. Or when someone just wants step 2+3 of the “green one”, and you want to see the cost of that versus the regimen.
In regards to the couple low reviews,
I don’t know about the tax errors from a year ago...the App adjusts the tax based on the State you select, and I don’t have all the state taxes memorized so I have no idea if one is wrong. Mines always been right. But if there a State or 2 that’s off, that would explain the cost errors others mentioned. It would be really great if the App’s Developers would respond to the reviews and address the concerns...maybe they did find an error it’s been corrected now? Or they reviewed all the numbers and made sure they were good to go?
I actually came on here to make a suggestion to the Developers but now I’m not sure they’ll see it, but here’s hoping...I just noticed that when you do an estimate for a PC order that’s under $80, it doesn’t add back in the shipping fee. I would have sworn that it used to, but I have 3 young kids so my memory is like a colander. Anyway, it’s not doing it now so if that could be tweaked that would be great.
If anyone read this far and also read the review about the The Zip Code fee thing...that is a feature that is optional for a $1.99/mo subscription (or 19.99/yr), I do not use it and the App is fully functional for me, I just select the correct State each time.

Great Tool for Sharing Info with Potential PCs
I love this app! I was signing on several people at month-end and took screenshots of their desired orders so they could see with their own eyes the immediate savings with being a PC, even WITH paying the one-time PC Perks fee; totally closed the deal for the two that were hesitant!

All of a sudden now I can't use the app because you have to pay for the zip code feature. Upsets me because this wasn't stated when I downloaded the app over a year ago 😡

I downloaded the app and within 30 seconds, I had what I needed. I'm not tech savvy but this app makes it so simple. Love the accurate and quick comparison of prices. Used it to show a potential biz partner the price difference between PC/consultant price. The best part was that it can include tax/shipping. Not sure why I waited so long. Get this app now! Worth every penny!

This app could be great if it remembered my user name and location instead of have to type it in for every quote! Would love to have product pics and descriptions too.
