Too Many PW resets

App randomly forces login and/or PW resets without warning which is inconvenient when in a hurry. A PW expiring notice or a fixed policy every 6 months would be better.

Slow, forgets login

It takes 5-15 seconds to tap on anything. Every few months it forgets the authentication.

Continuously logs me out. I’ll be in the app to see what’s in the menu and go back in 30 mins later to order but it logs me out. Very frustrating

Display Not Sized Properly - FIX IT!!!

The display is not sized correctly for iPhones. Dynamic Island covers part of screen image and the icons appear too far at the top and too the side making it difficult to navigate. Cart logo is too far right of screen at the edge.

Wish I Could Talk to a Person

I hate this app. Never remembers password so have to reset every time. Definitely keeps me from buying food from the locations that use it.
Wish I could order from a person.

Does not work on iOS 26

This app fully does not work with the new iOS update. It crashes and does not let me order my food in advance at my company.

Multiple Allergies

Not sure if it’s just my location, but I’m not able to select more than one allergy. I have to go to the notes and type them out every time. It’s a real pain.

Order submission should be more intuitive. "Checkout" is never "Submit Order" in apps. Change the final step to "Submit Order" or "Complete Order".

No way to change password

On iPhone the app, at least for my organization, when you create an account you cannot use an email address as your username, and does not include a space of email address in the registration form. Also the password keeper does not automatically save your account info. When clicking on forget my password the dialog asks for your email address, but no wonder none of my organization email addresses resulted in a reset response. So, suggest you manually enter your username and password in key ring

This is the worst app ever. It is completely unusable. Just try ordering a normal breakfast sandwhich. Impossible.

Always breaks FaceId logins

This app always forgets to honor the setting to login using FaceId; requiring SSO login at the most inopportune times. FaceId has been broken for a very long time with no fix in sight.

I can’t access .. I’m getting a 20400 error

It ask for an access code and I cannot create one and there is no requirements listed for creating an access code. I don’t see any tech support or email I can reach out to.

This app alone is why I eat lunch at my office. It’s user friendly and intuitive, the perks are amazing, all in all 10/10. Thank you!
