Thankful for service
I’m very grateful that my recycling is picked up weekly and I believe handled responsibly. I no longer can take my materials to a collection center, and it is essential that all citizens do their part to avoid landfilling resources that could be used again. Occasionally there are issues, but overall, I am happy with the service.

Don’t give them your card number
I signed up for this service a couple of years ago. Got some flack from my HOA because the driver would often reschedule or not pick up until late. I didn’t need it much anyway, so I emailed them to cancel. Several times over the last 6 months. Every email was replied to with some bargaining. “We can go down to once a month…”, etc. I kept responding with “Please cancel.” They still haven’t. Keep charging me every month. I’ve even had to dispute the charge with my bank. I can’t even remove my payment information from the portal. Don’t sign up for this service unless you intend to keep paying them forever, because they refuse to cancel when you request them to.

I am absolutely thrilled to have recycling in my area ! It’s so important to me , the app works great , no issues , I like that it sends me reminders about my pick up and that it shows when my next pick up will be .

Bad customer service
I have not had an issue with the actual pick ups. My issue is with customer service. I paid for a year recycling plus glass. I paid through July 2023. They charged me $12 last week and I cannot get anyone in customer service to respond to my inquiry.
Rating GooD
I find the app easy to use, the service is great, we needed recycle options here. *I do wish the company would provide bins or at least a little sign on their bag so my neighbors know I’m not putting garbage on the side of the road. But we’re so happy with everything else.

After four days of not having my recycling picked up. It is impossible to speak to anyone . In filling out a on line form I am asked to leave a tip! Not sure where that came from, but that's another issue. Sent picture of my recycling to show tub was full! Now I'm being asked if it was out in time plus a lot of other filler issues! Form asked if I wanted someone to contact me. Said yes! No contact yet!!!!

Great service, always reliable and on time. App is helpful too! I love that they take glass as well.
Worst service I’ve ever had
I really wanted to like Recyclops. There isn’t another curbside recycling service in my area. I gave them several chances over a few months but they missed pickup after pickup, made it incredibly difficult to even log into my account, and when I tried to reach them via email and live chat, they were incredibly slow and neglectful. The one nice thing I can say is that no one was ever rude to me. Still, that doesn’t make up for the total lack of basic competence with their service. I can’t continue paying for a service that doesn’t happen, so I cancelled.

Useful and needed
I am saddened by my city’s abandonment of curbside recycling for shortsighted economic reasons.
At the same timeI am pleased Recyclops has stepped in to fill the breach, even if it means less money in my bank account. They have made the process simple. I recommend the service.

Recyclops is a wonderful service!!
Tomorrow will be my 3rd pickup and we are thrilled to have this service. They always come on the day scheduled, bags are provided and it is wonderful to not have to throw away so many items that can be recycled. Thank you recyclops!!!
No Waste Wizard
I have reported to support more than once that there is no Waste Wizard in the app as advertised. I have uninstalled and reinstalled more than 10 times. App is updated. Yes, I have restarted my iPhone 13. Still no Waste Wizard as shown in the photos. There is nothing in the middle where the option is shown in the photos.

Simple but efficient
I’ve been using this app for about a month, I like how it tells me when my next pick is scheduled. I have not had any issues with my pick up but I see that if I were to there is a place to report a pick up problem. Overall I’m happy with the app and with Recyclops!
Very Accommodating
With the wind here and being somewhat disabled they pick up at my garage door. That way the cardboard boxes don't blow down the street when I put them out the night before with my blue bin.

I’m happy to have recycling in this area. It’s amazing how much we can recycle. The landfill in Port Arthur is the size of a mountain. I wish more people would take advantage of the service.
Very pleased with this service
Reliable pick up of recyclables. Separation of items manageable. We keep plastics from our kitchen separate from paper and cardboard - easy! Love the recycling bags. Highly recommend!
Lack of info on website and app
There is no way to look up items I can and cannot recycle on their website so I tried downloading the app (as they suggested) and maybe I’m not that smart but there is only an option to look up when my pick up is and nothing else. PLEASE MAKE IT EASIER TO FIND WHAT WE CAN AND CANNOT RECYLE.
New to
I’m new to the service and so glad it is in my area. We had recycling sites but people would just throw recycling on the ground and they ended it basically due to lazy people. I’ve had two pickups so far and it is so easy and the app lets me know just about everything I need to know on what is accepted for recycling. I do wish the list was more precise but it is helpful. So far, it’s been a great and much needed service. I’d like to be a Recyclops driver in my retired years just to keep me busy.

Virtually No Info on App
Signed up mid-November. Zero communication, no confirmation of order, no contact til bags just showed up on my porch one day.
App has detailed schedule and little else. No info on what plastics are accepted, nada. The website says the app has a query function, but it isn’t there. Very unimpressive.

Plastic
Even though plastic is essential. I really do not like putting it in the ground! Recycle ops gives me the option. I would rather pay a little and keep all the plastic bottles and search out of the ground.
