I have two App versions, on my android phone and also on my iPad. Generally one version works but rarely the two. The iPad version has been down for weeks. Refuses to accept my valid email and password which are the same as used on my phone. Pity as the Apple version was in the past the slightly better of the two.

My Renault App
The app is linked with my 5 EV. When it’s working it’s useful and functional, but too often it is not working, and messages me to “Try Again”. Apparently there are regular server outages at Renault?
As it is unreliable I cannot use it for charge scheduling, or for stopping and starting charges.

Good but can be better
Since I’ve had my Renault Zoe the app has improved to being more stable. But I would like to see more polish around everything and the option to set pre-conditioning temperature since I know the API’s support it, but other than that no big complaints
Doesn’t work
Always get the same message in spite of updating software on car and app, removing and redownloading: ´An error has occurred. Please try again’.

Normally works
Just had an update for the app and it keeps reporting an error that it cannot display my car data and an unexpected error occurred. I can see the car location in the app but nothing about the car. Not a great update, hopefully just a glitch.
