It’s pathetic that I have to use a phone to prove who I am when it’s discriminating towards those of us that don’t use apps.

Who developed this app, absolutely shocking. Biometrics get stuck on 99% then the app closes 😂

Awful user experience
1. Can’t upload more than one document.
2. Can’t crop images after taking them.
3. Can't upload any files.
4. Privacy notice checkboxes can’t be unchecked once selected, so any accidental click is permanent.
5. No option to resubmit or retake a step after completing it, even if you made a mistake.
6. Poor user experience with very little flexibility to correct errors.
Why do I need to install a whole application for a task that can be done on a browser???

Data capture of my passport was not possible for 3 day’s consecutively(always stuck at 99%). I had to post a scanned copy to my prospective employer.

Awful, I hated it. A process that should have taken only a few minutes actually took at least 2 hours.
I was given a password to use which came up as not valid, even though it was the password I was given. Eventually I was given a second password which enabled me to get started.
It took ages to scan in my face, with the app saying that my face was “ not visible “ despite being fully within the frame. It was difficult to get the app to take the photo of my passport, this took at least 20 minutes. I had to throw away my phone’s protective cover before I could scan in my passport information via the password chip. This took about a half hour.
Finally, I wasn’t able to describe my nationality as “English” or even just “British” as the app wouldn’t accept it.

Dreadful
An overly complex system which is difficult to use as a candidate or existing worker. Struggles to capture biometric data and take photos.
Help!
Very hard to get it to work, and very steep learning curve into areas of my phone (NFC scanning) I didn’t know existed. Took longer than expected, but did get accepted eventually. More guidance notes would help, and better design of the boxes for phone number would also be good; inputting the second 4 of 44 for UK code seems to just add a dot, but the no is actually hidden. Hopefully I won’t need to use this app too often.

App is difficult to use doesn’t seem to do what it’s meant to and if it was side anything other a job advert I’d immediately delete it

Very hard app to use.
Straight forward with a glitch
It takes a moment to capture my image, by the time it did, I was in a deferent mode with a different expression that I could not changed. Is doesn’t really stat if all is well, seam a bit as if you still have to wait for it to be verified by another party, am not sure. But I did receive an email immediately stating right check completed, not sure if that I’d just the steps in the app.
