This task was so difficult and it wasn’t completed because it kept saying that it was unable to scan something in my passport. The instructions were clear but the doing the actions didn’t ever work.

Very difficult to use
It took half an hour and around 15 attempts for the app to read my biometric data from my passport. User guide is poor and confusing. A deeply irritating experience.

Invasive data collection app
This app is being unnecessarily forced on you. All the law requires is that you present evidence to your employer that you have the legal right to work in the uk. All that the law requires you to do is to show your British passport to said employer. If you do use this app then you are not required by uk law to keep it on your phone once the registration process has been completed.
