Great app. Appearance is good but The ui needs serious optimization. It lags a lot when scrolling is very jittery. Please fix the smoothness issue.
Package/offers category needs redesign. So that purchase could be more efficient for new users or casual users like older generations etc.

Hideous UI with horrible accessibility
Who designs an UI like this in 2026? What’s with the UX team at Robi?
Also, why isn’t there an option to turn off promotional notifications in the app? It’s in apples guideline to give users options to disable promotional notifications.

New UI looks clumsy
New UI is so clumsy and confusing. For example for very basic things or available balance you have to go two steps. To see total balance and validity.

World Cup stream quality is poor
Purchased Fifa World Cup subscription. Started watching and got the most high definition Robi/airtel ads you'd ever see. And then the stream started and it's all pixels. Disappointing.
