About

My Run Progress brings your running stats into one place — mileage, personal bests, effort, and shoe tracking — all from Apple Health on your iPhone. No cloud, no social, no AI. Your data stays on your device. The app reads Apple Health (HealthKit) and does not upload workout data to our servers. For the richest detail (route maps, heart rate, Best Splits, and effort), record with Apple Watch, or bring workouts in from Garmin in Settings under Garmin import. Runs that only arrive from some third-party apps (for example Strava) may not store full route or heart-rate data in Apple Health on your phone. WORKOUTS Browse run and walk history by week. Open any workout for distance, pace, duration, heart rate, and a route map when Apple Health has that data. Tag workouts and see race or club links when you add them. MY PROGRESS See recent activity at a glance, compare this week with last week, and open weekly, monthly, and yearly mileage reports. Follow how your fitness changes over time with progress charts. PRS Track workout personal bests by distance. Review Best Splits for your fastest segments across common race distances. EFFORT On a run with heart rate, the app estimates effort on your device — Easy, Steady, Hard, Intervals, or Long Run — by comparing that workout to your personal running heart-rate patterns. It does not use age, gender, or a simple % of max heart rate. Matching effort tags can be applied automatically so your list stays organized as you train. APPLE WATCH Install the companion Watch app for a quick post-run review on your wrist: latest run, this week vs last week, and workout PRs. The Watch mirrors what you see on iPhone — filtered runs, tags, shoes, and effort — and can show provisional effort for a fresh Watch workout until the phone syncs. SHOES Add your shoes, assign workouts, and watch mileage accumulate. Set default outdoor, indoor, run, or walk pairs; matching workouts can pick up those defaults automatically. Retire pairs when they are worn out. RACES & CLUBS Add race events and run clubs with simple matching hints (date, distance, location, or weekday). The app can find past matching runs and link them — including older seasons — so you can open every occurrence in one place. SHARE Create a share card from a workout with the stats and layout you choose — including a map when GPS data is available. Grant Health access when prompted to get started. No account. No cloud. No social. Your runs stay on your device.
