Train for your sport. TRAIN FOR YOUR SPORT • 21 sports: wrestling, rugby, tennis, football, track & field, soccer, boxing & MMA, golf, skiing, climbing, baseball, basketball, volleyball, strongman, cycling, Hyrox, swimming, gymnastics, rowing, Olympic weightlifting and powerlifting • One Filter in the exercise picker: pick a training style — Gym, Calisthenics, Agility, Yoga, CrossFit or Stability — and any number of sports. Search, Favorites, My exercises and category counts all narrow with it • Supersets and templates carry sport tags too • Balanced sessions can follow the sports you picked • Sports unlock after your first completed one-week streak HUNDREDS OF NEW MOVES The catalog grows to 600+ exercises — calisthenics and skill work (planche, handstand, muscle-up, levers, acro and more), bands, home and rehab starting points, plus broader gym coverage. Form-guide illustrations expanded to match. Loaded holds get a new weight + duration log (weight optional). RATE HOW WELL THE REP WENT On a skill move the rep count tells you nothing about the rep. 28 exercises now offer an optional five-grade execution rank — Excellent, Good, Fair, Poor, Missed — anchored to gymnastics judging bands. You choose whether the rank or the reps and seconds read first. Nothing is derived from it: PRs, estimated 1RM and muscle balance stay exactly as they were. STREAK LEADERBOARDS Seven Game Center boards ranked by the longest streak you have ever held — one for each weekly commitment from 2 to 7 days, plus a combined board where a tie goes to the higher commitment. Open it from the streak card on the Workout tab. Guests get a few free looks, then a sign-in gate. GOALS WORTH COMING BACK FOR • Weekly days goal (2–7) can be changed after you finish a full week; required exercises and sets per session are the same for everyone • Optional training reminders (local, off by default) when the week still needs days — at most three moments a week • Changing your days goal asks you to confirm before it switches boards ALSO IN THIS UPDATE • Profile stays reachable during an active workout • A one-time notice explains that exercise illustrations are AI-generated and can be wrong — they help you recognise a movement; the written instructions and safety notes are the reference. The caption stays under every guide and can be reopened from Account • Share exercise progress • Lighter background network use
