Functionality
The application is poorly developed and does not work properly especially when uploading multiple pictures. It has to many cliches. It slows down when you upload various pictures in one request. You can’t upload videos. Also, it takes a long time to enter an address and you can’t just enter the address manually. There are many issues that can’t be reported. They need to have a generic selection that is about city property maintenance. Also the application sometimes doesn’t function when you need it.
