BEST business line app out there!
I’ve used Grasshopper, QUO, and Conversations. None of these apps compare to the ease of use of My Second Line. I was setup in minutes with calls and texts on a dedicated toll free. No hassles, no registration issues, just pay and go. Very, very happy with this app.

The app is stuck on verify your personal number page with no way to verify the number. No setting button or anything. I do not recommend using this service

False advertisement - claims plan includes verification code but makes you pay additional fee to get
False advertisement at its finest - not only do you have to pay just to get a 2nd number that is SHARED with other people (I know this because I received many verification codes for sites I did not sign up for), but they claim that verification codes are included in the package/plan but they are not - you have to spend even more to get your codes.

I’m pretty sure this is a scam service (even if it sometimes works). After purchasing a phone number my login was looping and asking me to purchase a number again. If you click purchase it shows you a high costs and canceling offers a price point significantly lower. It will do this every time. In the subscriptions options there are dozens of price points for the same service suggesting the offer they give is highly variable. Customer support was responsive and eventually did something that allowed me to login. They insist I was using a different email even though I literally have screenshots of the email used to login on the login screen. Once I was able to login my previous purchase wasn’t connected to my account despite being in the subscriptions of my Apple accounts. If you do view the prices and then want to leave that screen, the purchase screen has no back button, only a purchase button that goes directly to apply pay. In order to navigate someplace else in the app I have to close it and reopen the app. This is a consistent structure in many spots on the app which tells me it was an intentional design decision.

Phone Verification Code Never Arrives
I have been using this app normally for a long time and earning points by watching ads without any problems. Today, the app suddenly asked me to verify my phone number, claiming that I might be a bot. I entered my real phone number multiple times, but I never received the verification code.
Because of this, I cannot access my account or continue earning points. This is extremely frustrating, especially since I have been a legitimate user all along. Please fix your phone verification system as soon as possible.

Extremely expensive and no customer help
Extremely expensive. Have to have two subscription to have enough credit. It charges for receiving calls aswell. No customer help. Takes weeks for a real person to get back to you if they do at all.

Waste of money
I purchased the smaller package of £3.99 to register on Whatsapp Business but the number was already used. When i tried to contact the admin, I got an auto-reply saying that since they are based in Florida, i should expect a response in 24 hours. Its been a lot more than 24 hours now and still no response let alone resolution.

They charge but don’t deliver
You’ll get a number and an entire UI to send and receive messages or call. But none of it works. I tried calling and texting from there and it never goes out. I’ve tried calling to another number I own on a different phone and it never rings or gets the text. It’s just a way to grab money.
