Barely functional
Camera option to add provides a black screen. Adding an image to a existing folder rarely works. Cant see photos once inside folder.

My phone has crashed about two weeks ago. When I reinstalled the app I also lost everything that was saved in the app. Is there anyway to regain my information? I figure if it’s under the same email it should have pop up your information. I’m using IPhone 13 Pro Max. Is there anything to get my stuff back?

From a while I cannot play anymore the videos I’ve saved in the app.
Not user friendly
It doesn’t like to import the full videos. I can import them multiple times and remains in my main gallery. You have to be organised and know which photos/videos have been imported.
Been good, until this week
Video play stopped working, also can’t export photos or video to camera roll. Version 2.0.3 build 6 fwiw. Please fix!
Black screen of death
Got a fix since app folders show there is data in them but get black screen shows up when I tap on them. Stopped after iOS v 14 install. Any plans to update with bug fix?

IOS 14 Update needed
I’ve been using this app forever, and I love it. Always have, but now since upgrading to IOS 14 all of my stored videos don’t play. Go straight to a black screen. Be a shame if we can’t get an update. I know the last one took MONTHS. 😡

Completely useless. Once you put your photos in the app and delete them from your cloud ect your screwed because once you go to get the photos out of the app they do not allow it and the app just keeps closing. Doesn’t matter how much you donate. 100000% scam.

Some of the buttons don’t work. Like sabe to camera roll etc. You press the button, the screen goes away and nothing has happened 🤷🏻♂️

Would bother if I were you
So, having supported Red Knight for many years by purchasing their apps, only to find that they arbitrarily shut down the original “My secret folder” with little or no notice (how hard would it have been to notify their CUSTOMERS) causing me to lose all of my important documents and photos, I was hopeful that this edition of the app would allow me to retrieve my documents etc - not so.

Used old app for years.. shocked I can’t access my data after years of entering data!! Now you want us to pay to access our own saved data!! At lease dick Turpin wore a mask!!
