Entries overlapping
There are several places where my notes overlap one another, making both entries unreadable. Since I use this app for passwords , this is a real problem. I would not enjoy moving all my passwords to another app, but may have to unless this issue is rectified.
Also, sign in to my secret notes by face recognition would be very helpful. Banks and financial institutions have face recognition, why not my secret notes??

Great, until it isn’t
I used this app for years. Then it randomly asked me to update password & confirm. I guess I fat fingers the confirm. Error displayed and said Incorrect! That’s was the end of my access. No answer from company for request for help.
Don’t trust it! I’m still trying to remember out all my secret info.

All my notes are gone
Hi,
Could I get to speak to a technician? I’ve got the secret notes app for few years and today when I’ve tried to open I ask me for a new password and all my notes were gone!!!
I have crucial information in there and I need to be able to recover it.
Please let me know how can I do it,

Lost info
I lost all my info. They were very Important to me how do I retrieve all the info back. Someone from the app really needs to help me. The app was good until now.
