Entries overlapping
There are several places where my notes overlap one another, making both entries unreadable. Since I use this app for passwords , this is a real problem. I would not enjoy moving all my passwords to another app, but may have to unless this issue is rectified.
Also, sign in to my secret notes by face recognition would be very helpful. Banks and financial institutions have face recognition, why not my secret notes??

Great, until it isn’t
I used this app for years. Then it randomly asked me to update password & confirm. I guess I fat fingers the confirm. Error displayed and said Incorrect! That’s was the end of my access. No answer from company for request for help.

All my notes are gone
Hi,
Could I get to speak to a technician? I’ve got the secret notes app for few years and today when I’ve tried to open I ask me for a new password and all my notes were gone!!!
I have crucial information in there and I need to be able to recover it.
Please let me know how can I do it,

Lost info
I lost all my info. They were very Important to me how do I retrieve all the info back. Someone from the app really needs to help me. The app was good until now.
iOS 15 doesn’t work
I’ve had this app for years and it’s been great but my phone had just updated to iOS 15 and it won’t open?? Not happy looks like I’ve lost all my information as there’s no way of retrieving! Years of data gone and not because I’ve forgot my password 🤬
Jumbled
I used this for years until recently when I opened it and all of my information was too jumbled to read. Fortunately I was able to forward the info to my email and it read correctly. I miss the convenience of the app

A much needed update
Much better with the new update. It is one of the best app for storing notes with password!

This app is good because you can right something then email it or message it to someone and then delete the note and no one will know you mailed it or message it to that person 😜
Crashes, Won't Save, No Autocorrect
My god! All this thing does is crash! Every time I try to save something, boom! It's crashed and my work is deleted. Jesus, I am so fed up! Do NOT buy this if you value your work

Thank you for figuring out a temporary fix and then for following thru with an update. I'm still having an issue with my cloud but that's minor to me. This is a great program. I keep a lot of important information in this app. Now, however, I make sure to email myself a copy, just in case, after all, anything can happen!! Keep up the good work and thanks for a very useful app.

What no spell check, no auto caps? Come on guys if your going to make it, make it complete.
No alphabetizing, can't figure out how to save or make new notes no tutorial or instructions. Not wonderful.

I don't like the fact that there's no font or color choice. Also u can't insert pics or clip arts at all. So boring.,. Mayb ok for older ppl but not young ppl. Or ppl who like to decorate. I will delete it. Waste my 99cents
