Can’t get into it to figure out if it’s a good app!
I cannot tell you the number of times I have deleted and reinstalled or attempted to say I forgot my password but I can’t get into it. And if I dare to swipe up then it immediately comes up with a red banner that says I’m not authorized so I can’t even try to work between email and the app. Ridiculous that this twitchy interface is being used for helping patients just trying to do their PT at home.

Glitch/Not Working Properly
Hi! When I try to do my exercises for the day, the exercises that I did for a previous day are already marked with a check mark and i can’t remove them. Sometimes the start exercises button disappears entirely and when it is there and you try to check off on a workout it just shows the video instead even though you were trying to put a check mark. Can you all please fix this?

Can’t enter the app, couldn’t enter code
Update: was able to get into the app with their help.
I created an account in the app, toggled over to the email to copy the code, and when I went back to the app, the screen went blank. Now I “technically” have an account because I created a password but wasn’t able to put in the code in. Anytime I try to login. It says I’m not authorized, again because I wasn’t able to put the code in when I first created my account.
The lady at the front desk said that she would try to find someone to reset my account (but it doesn’t sound like this is something that happens and I’m not optimistic). At this point I have no way of accessing the exercises, and it doesn’t appear that anyone knows what to do and there’s no support email. Super frustrating.
