Need to fix password requirements
Can’t even create an account to get into the app. Did any of your devs actually try to set up an account?
Strong password apparently isn’t strong enough and adding a character erases the entire thing. No function to “see” what you write.
This isn’t a financial app, why is the security so complicated? I’m never going to remember a 12+ character password w numbers and special characters and capitalization.

Need therapy after trying to use this app
Terribly designed and absolutely untested app
1. When you sign up, an access code is required. Access code is sent by text. But if you try to switch from app to iMessage the app crashes and doesn’t let you complete sign up
2. Login button is always covered by keyboard popup, took me forever to figure out how to press it
3. App doesn’t track that some exercises are every other day. So keeps showing them daily
Thankfully their website is works all right

Can’t Mark Exercise As Done
I can’t check off the exercise once completed. It’s hard to keep track.
WTH!?
I can’t even get into this stupid app. I did my password and all that good stuff and then it won’t let me in and then I get a message of invalid credentials over and over again. It’s not worth it!!
Disappointed
Considering the excellent quality of My Select Physical Therapy through Banner Outpatient, the software for home programs is a serious disappointment. Using the printed program creates a better exercise flow than the low quality/low functionality of the software. Your patients deserve a more interactive app. This area of your business needs a serious look and investment.

Trash auth
The authentication and sign-up process is just trash. Can’t pass it to see my assigned tasks
Can’t get into it to figure out if it’s a good app!
I cannot tell you the number of times I have deleted and reinstalled or attempted to say I forgot my password but I can’t get into it. And if I dare to swipe up then it immediately comes up with a red banner that says I’m not authorized so I can’t even try to work between email and the app. Ridiculous that this twitchy interface is being used for helping patients just trying to do their PT at home.

Glitch/Not Working Properly
Hi! When I try to do my exercises for the day, the exercises that I did for a previous day are already marked with a check mark and i can’t remove them. Sometimes the start exercises button disappears entirely and when it is there and you try to check off on a workout it just shows the video instead even though you were trying to put a check mark. Can you all please fix this?

Can’t enter the app, couldn’t enter code
Update: was able to get into the app with their help.
I created an account in the app, toggled over to the email to copy the code, and when I went back to the app, the screen went blank. Now I “technically” have an account because I created a password but wasn’t able to put in the code in. Anytime I try to login. It says I’m not authorized, again because I wasn’t able to put the code in when I first created my account.
The lady at the front desk said that she would try to find someone to reset my account (but it doesn’t sound like this is something that happens and I’m not optimistic). At this point I have no way of accessing the exercises, and it doesn’t appear that anyone knows what to do and there’s no support email. Super frustrating.

This app is not even worth a star but that was the lowest I could select.
pretty worthless
this app lacks basic functionality. i cannot check or uncheck exercises, so there’s really no point. it arbitrarily checks all of the exercises, even though they haven’t been completed, and i cannot uncheck them. there is no way to record completing my exercises nor is there a record of my exercise history or a calendar. the videos are of limited value and the descriptions aren’t much better. i must log into the app every time i use it. this app is a waste… and frustrating. i have no idea how this app could possibly have such a high rating. i’ll be requesting a paper handout of all of my exercises.

Only good for videos
This app is essentially worthless, except for the ability to watch exercise videos that your therapist has chosen. There is no calendar to monitor your progress. There is no way to record that you completed the exercise. There is no additional information to help you progress in your therapy and the app constantly logs you out after each use. The moment you close the app it’s as if you never used it before. I hope this is not a reflection on the company in general because they have not impressed me with the uselessness of this application.

Frustrating
Heaven forbid you need to reset your password. Not possible.
Great for saving paper. Horrible for marking progress.
Unable to “complete” an entire workout. Regardless of how I complete the work out, either by “start work out” or selecting the 1st exercise and then manually cycling through each, the same 2 exercises (#1 and #4) are ever marked completed.
Also the need to manually clock to the next exercise really breaks up the flow of the exercises.

No confirmation email sent
Signed up for the app but no confirmation email was generated. Now I can’t login or reset my password or sign up again.
Needs an update
This app hasn’t been updated in over a year. In order to complete the on screen exercises, you have to delete the app and download it again.
There’s another review by “Cvgrrl” that’s 100% on point. This app lacks the basic functionality needed to work properly.

Won’t let me login at all
You tell me to download the app and create an account so I do and then the next screen asks me for an access code so then I try and go back to my email to grab the access code and you logged me out and then now you won’t let me back in and are saying that I’m not authorized because I never gave you the access code in the first place when I signed up. Tried to do a password reset and I’ve been waiting for the email.
