Glitchy
The app is not user friendly compared to the Aetna App which it is its parent. Tons of lag, hard to navigate, overall poor user experience.
Terrible App & Insurance
Insurance denies all medications even those explicitly covered in the plan. Terrible experience.

An app as bad as the insurance
I have hated this insurance from day one. Never knowing how much ANYTHING will cost until you receive a bill and the company has already paid for it. Now this app is even worse than their old portal. Can’t even see the old claims, and for some reason I can’t log into the app using the same credentials as the website.

A few bugs still
I can tell just still new. A few bugs: I cannot access my card, and I can’t turn on biometrics. Also, no claims history. Hopefully, these things will get updated soon, and then I’ll update my review. I do like it much than the old app though.
