Chat on line
The chat online is not useful ,as it’s AI generated there are no options to outside the box questions & no options to be transferred to a live agent to solve the issue ,I’m sure the so frequent updates are needed in this era of hackers galore

Worst customer care
Be careful guys, they will activate an add-on once you recharge and no one from customer service will reply to you.
App not working
Interface locks up after a few seconds, cant click on any options
Not good

Great network provider with extre perks
STC customer service has been excellent, I’m new here and had issues with topping up. The ladies in Hidd helped me to move to a contract.
There are lots of offers for restaurants, cinemas, shops etc which is very helpful

Worst service provider ever
Dont be fooled by them they try to sell you big bundles and expensive packages that you dont need then refuse to downgrade it unless u pay for the full fees which means there is no use of downgrading!
