The chat online is not useful ,as it’s AI generated there are no options to outside the box questions & no options to be transferred to a live agent to solve the issue ,I’m sure the so frequent updates are needed in this era of hackers galore

Great network provider with extre perks
STC customer service has been excellent, I’m new here and had issues with topping up. The ladies in Hidd helped me to move to a contract.

Can you explain to me
No care for customer
From last 4 days they have enabled all the calls forwarding from their side. Which is not working and its 4th day continuously following up and there is no positive response. STC don't even care to just simple disable 1 feature from their end.
Loosing alot of important calls. I've travlled more then 30 countries and this is 1st time i am in Bahrain and 4 days my stc number is not reachable.
Worst company planning to switch to another provider.

اواجه صعوبه في الدفع المباشر من التطبيق مع استحالة عرض بياناتي ، كل مره عند الشحن او استعراض البيانات يظهر لي عبارة حاول مره اخرى، ارجو اصلاح الخلل حيث ان المشكله لها اكثر من سنه

Card payment issues
Worst customer service, i had an issue with my ste card payment, two times i complaint They didn't solve it, waste of time and peace of mind,i don't want to suggest to anyone

Great app still no esim
The app has improved over the years, everything is available with a touch of a button, with the best competitive prices in the market. Yet no esim option through app, the competition has it yet stc finds it too hard to implement through app, if you can seek plans, devices etc I don’t think it’s that hard to give the customer a choice of getting esim through app.
