App doesn’t work in USA

App or the website using browser is not working in USA

The app stopped working from USA. I used to recharge and make modifications to choose add ons all the time. The same in browser the website won’t work, very frustrating.

Third-class app

Very very third rated app I have seen in my entire life.

UPI payment always shows transactional error can't able to add the card for future use after adding money to wallet you have keep referring the wallet balance every where it comes to it won't even update automatically because of this app i am thinking of switching from Sundirect to other dth provider every time recharge is really frustrating.

App that never works

The app rarely works. May be once in a blue moon. Most of the time, it gets stuck on an endless loading spinner. This makes the app difficult to rely on. Lots of improvement needed.

Sun Direct Development team needs to do major improvements to all the iOS app development by them. All are in same useless state only.

Worst app Even worst DTH connection

If you are reading this review.. promise yourself one thing.. Never Buy Sundirect DTH in your life ever.. Go live in a cave, forrest or die without entertainment. But if you ignore my caution and still buy.. Welcome to hell on earth. There are so many problems and the company is not even addressing the issues. And the issue are not new.. it is as old as the Sun itself.

By buying this you will sign an agreement to trade your mental peace and ensure that you are dissatisfied all the time. That is the kind of service provided by them.

They can be the benchmark for the company with the worst service track record. That’s something they are consistently good at.

After all this if you still care for your mental health, delete the app and forget that Sundirect exists.

Irresponsible Customer Care and App

Disappointed with their service no response delayed response every complaint and queries and still not resolved

My Sun Direct App is simply reloading and registered number is not supporting the device ,payment option is not mentioning other payment methods like google pay instead giving only two payment options PAY U AND PAYTM

Worst App

This is the worst app in my opinion for any business which runs in hundreds of crores. Most of the time app doesn’t work, it just keeps crashing. And on top of that it is literally impossible to reach their customer care. Not sure how these people are running a business where they can’t even make the recharge process hassle free. No wonder Jio and Airtel are eating up their market and loyal customers.

Worst app ever idk after the payment has been done after I got transaction I’d tooo everything’s done in app it’s showing the recharge valid upto 6 months but none of channels are playing , and customer service the given numbers are wrong , there will be no executive to chat and nearby store person say we don’t know . Idk how this kind of scam app is kept

Not able to open the app

Every time when i want to do payment to my DTH this app is not even opening and after the payment also the picture is not coming on tv.
Every time i was fed up with the customer care service and even then also they are not providing the solution

Sundirect is the definition of worst service.

I have never seen anything worse than Sundirect services in my life. Why do you guys exist ? I’m wondering how you’re still in business. When I’m watching an important football match, service got cut. When I login on your worst app and website, it doesn’t login, shows try after sometime. When I enter smartcard number it shows it doesn’t exist. I quit this Sundirect and recommend all to stop using this worthless service

Useless app

Sun Direct my iphone 7 does not open

I made a mistake

I saw the reviews about the app still I made a mistake by downloading it and making payment through. Most of the times it says transaction failed at last it had happened however it was not showing successful in the app but the payment got deducted but no services retrieved. If we call customer care also they are a kind of do recharge do recharge other than that they won’t connect to agent of SD to speak.. poor very poor

Worst app

I haven’t seen any app like this. Always I tried todo a payment, it’s shows something went wrong. Money was deducted from our wallet. For the password change also same issue. We are generating same password for new password and confirm password. Showing incorrect password . The developer doesn’t have any knowledge on making an app. How can user use this app with lots of issues. 🙏🏻

Worst App

One of the worst app ever seen. When ever we do the Wallet recharge amount will get debited from bank, but it will show as transaction failed. Please do not install this worst app.

Plzz don’t recharge in this app too much bug and always if u do a recharge with this app the Paynment will fail and money will be debited after 1 or 2 days only ur money will again come and till that we have to wait or again we have to recharge which is irritating very bad plzz fix the app or else more customers will switch from Sundirect online Paynment started to increase because of pandemic but Sundirect is not improving its app in pandemic very frustrating

Worst DTH Application

The worst application for recharging and useless and worst customer support. When we recharge from their own application they don’t know whether the transaction got successful or failed or on hold. At the end recharge won’t happen anyway. Looks like they don’t know where the money goes so safer side don’t do recharge from this application it’s not safer to recharge from the application.
