New seat layout is annoying and very bad, Worst ever please bring back, I dont update untill
No cancellation option
Guys, pls be careful, once paid there is no cancellation or reschedule even if its a mistake or duplicate. Even you will not be able to cancel if called customer care as well. Suggesting to go with other apps or sites where there is cancellation options. Mistake can happen to anyone.
this app was of no use .
i have made a booking of movie tickets .the payment was successful .and tickets needs to be confirmed from the theatre company .i waited for 1 hr and not confirmed.still on hold ..when i spoke to the customer service team .they told gonna refund amount ..
thats what the real intention of them!..blocking my amount for few days and returning it back ..really!
the main purpose i use this app was to book tickets .but it was not happening here and the service team was rude as well.i don’t recommend this app at all.

Can’t place order through apple phone
I selected seats then it redirected to confirmation page. Then I got error “Order can’t be place please try again” in ios phone. Please fix this issue immediately.
I selected booking for 9th July ticket still gets booked for 7th july
Application with bug is not accepted by customer care as well.
Upon calling the customer care the response is also rude and the app doesn’t allow to submit bug or feedback.
Such apps should be blocked from app store.
I have screenshot of the dates selected and the booking post payment shows it is done for 7th July even when date was selected for 9th July in initial selection.
First order cheating agency, additionally they don’t allow cancellation or reschedule as well.
As if they carve booking on stone tablet.
