New seat layout is annoying and very bad, Worst ever please bring back, I dont update untill
No cancellation option
Guys, pls be careful, once paid there is no cancellation or reschedule even if its a mistake or duplicate. Even you will not be able to cancel if called customer care as well. Suggesting to go with other apps or sites where there is cancellation options. Mistake can happen to anyone.
this app was of no use .
i have made a booking of movie tickets .the payment was successful .and tickets needs to be confirmed from the theatre company .i waited for 1 hr and not confirmed.still on hold ..when i spoke to the customer service team .they told gonna refund amount ..
thats what the real intention of them!..blocking my amount for few days and returning it back ..really!

Can’t place order through apple phone
I selected seats then it redirected to confirmation page. Then I got error “Order can’t be place please try again” in ios phone. Please fix this issue immediately.
I selected booking for 9th July ticket still gets booked for 7th july
Application with bug is not accepted by customer care as well.
Upon calling the customer care the response is also rude and the app doesn’t allow to submit bug or feedback.
Such apps should be blocked from app store.
I have screenshot of the dates selected and the booking post payment shows it is done for 7th July even when date was selected for 9th July in initial selection.
First order cheating agency, additionally they don’t allow cancellation or reschedule as well.
As if they carve booking on stone tablet.

Need to improve this app- efficiency
I’m sorry to say this. I have had poor experience while using this app. Not able to book tickets. It goes till the payment page and say “need to select tickets” even after selecting the seats.
Also not able to retrieve any data from the past. Everytime im using web portal to book tickets.
Please take some action to update the app by correcting the errors.

Pending orders, Failed bookings, no customer care support
The app used to be good, sometimes even better than bookmyshow. But at present, the app works this way Book ticket>>Pay amount>>Pending order>>(after some hours)Ticket booking failed.
There is no customer care support for this app. There is a contact number that shows busy tone for hours and after connecting they simply cut the call in less than a second.

Misleading information
Wrong information was depicted while booking movie. I recently booked a movie seeing the movie had 4dx format. But when i collected my tickets from the theatre they said it’s just 2d and not even normal 3d. This happened from G cinemas, Kochi. Somehow the information showed in the app was quite misleading and unethical for a customer, more than that for a movie enthusiast.

Worst Experience
The layout of the app is faulty. They show the same rows twice and make you think that the rows near the screen aren’t the last ones and when you go to see the movie you’ll end up sitting near the screen. And the worst part is their customer care, they have no intention to resolve issue. I had a terrible experience with this one.

Insane terms and conditions. No customer care assistance. Booked 3 tickets and wasted my money. I highly recommend to delete the app as it doesn’t have a cancellation facility. They are fooling us.I think they are running their application support in a garage with one person to lift the landline phone whenever he doesn’t have any other cleaning work.

Cancellation policy
There is no cancellation policy in this app by mistake if u book tickets in a wrong date also it cannot be refunded r canceled. We should go fa the movie because of the stupid rules I have to change my entire plan. am really going to uninstall this app once I finish this movie.

Invalid Ticket
First time I used this app and definitely I will never use this in future. While I am trying to book tickets, my account got debited and it has shown the ticket comprising of seat numbers and I have taken the screen shot of it and went to the movie theatre.I was not allowed into the theatre bcoz it was an INVALID TICKET. They told me that I should CONFIRM the ticket once it was shown on the screen. I don’t understand the logic behind this. Once the transaction is completed and the amount is debited it should generate the ticket rather than asking for CONFIRMATION. Very Very disappointing.

App performance
Loading very slowly.i booked tickets and was paying through Paytm wallet without any confirmation app suddenly closed. Hell money was taken from wallet but TicketNew app is not at all loading. After checking mail only I came to know that ticket was booked. Still I can’t see my tickets in app
Apple wallet lacks
This app is good for ticket booking purpose. But for iPhone users it lacks in adding tickets in wallet. I don’t why this app doesn’t support adding of ticket in apple wallet. Expecting soon the makers will make action on this.
Add ticket to apple wallet option
The app is very good and interface is flawless for booking of tickets one small suggestion in next update try to bring add ticket to apple wallet option like it’s available in bookmyshow app so that it would be easy to add the tickets instead of regular sms
Never trust this app maps
I booked tickets using this app to eta namma mall bangalore, I used map suggested inside the app, it took me 13 kms away from the original theater location, I had to travel almost 26 kms to reach the place where as it is just 2.5 kms from my home, I could not see the movie and customer service is pathetic that guy kept my call on hold and was attending his personal calls, not going to use this app anymore, no resolution for what had happened.
