Does not provide reliable data
I will NEVER use this phone service again. I wasted time and money on a phone plan that barely worked. I paid $25 for unlimited data, talk, and text, and still had to spend an additional $15 for data. When I reached out to customer service they said to spend more money.

I’ve had Tello for over a year and don’t use it much. However, I bought a new phone and needed to switch the ESIM to my new phone.
Unfortunately, I didn’t do that before setting up the new phone.
Reaching this company via phone which is the ONLY way I can reset my pin is virtually impossible!!
You’re put on hold and then the phone automatically disconnects after 15mins.

Error When Displaying Information
Unable to display some information, such as orders, personal info, etc. Connected to Wi-Fi but eSIM isn’t working at the moment, so it may possibly have something to do with that. The information displays successfully on the Tello website.

The word “transparency”should be synonymous with Tello. Everything in the app is so well laid out. Nothing is complicated with Tello, on the app as well as it’s website
Phone call UK to USA
Lots of background noise during the call. Made it hard to hear the other person on the call.
