Not sure why but suddenly I can’t see my benefits anymore and what I have left to use. Takes longer to load and scan, no working like it used to.

Good app when working
I really like this app when it shows what benefits I have left to for the month but that’s pretty rare. I have to go to the cashier so they can print out what I have left and that’s a pain in the butt. I do on the other hand like the barcode scanner
Not up to date
Didn’t update my balance. 2 weeks later I go back to use the rest of my produce thinking I had $11 left.
Nope, the employee told me it’s zero balance.
It’s the last day to use my benefits for the month but it still says I have the same amount remaining in my card.

Benefit ypdates unreliable
Recently the app shows benefits available that are not actually available. The app also says “ benefits may be 2 to 5 days behind”. How about two weeks or more behind if they update at all. I’m still showing a balance for cheese, bread, yogurt and vegetables even though those benefits were used well over 14 days ago. If you’re relying on this app to be accurate when you go to check your groceries, don’t rely on it. Rely on the paper print out. I don’t know if this is a database problem from Texas WIC or a problem with the app, but it needs to be fixed.

Useless
So my benefits haven’t shown up for several months now. I currently have benefits that I haven’t used but can’t see them.
Crashes
This app would be really helpful and convenient if it didn’t consistently crash to the point where it’s almost impossible to use. Better off doing things the old fashioned way

Needs work
This app could be helpful but it always fails the one time I was able to use it was pretty nice but for some reason it just stopped working. Someone needs to really work on this app to make it useful for all the partners that need guidance on WIC info.
Never loads your benefits
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, logged out and logged back in, checked my network connection and it STILL doesn’t load my benefits. It’s done this for the past three months! And I know I have benefits becuase they send me the paper in the mail. But the whole point of the app is so I can have an updated version of my benefits. Really wouldn’t recommend this app.

Worked good for like the first week
Worked good for like a week and since then I can’t even get the app to stay open or even open up sometimes. It just closes. I can’t look at what I have left. I can’t look at what I can get. I can’t even look at the Home Screen.

I can’t even get i to the app. As soon as i open it it automatically closes.

Every time I try to check my benefits it never lets me it always say error so I never know what my benefits are it just shows a blank white screen. Please fix the issue thank you.
Constantly shutting down
Great concept and when it used to work really helpful. However, this all is now constantly shutting down as soon as I click to open the app. What is going on?!!
La aplicación esta MAL graficada para la pantalla.
Creí que era xq tenia el 12 mini iPhone, entonces soporté la mala calibración de esta aplicación por semanas; hace 20 días tengo ya el deep purple 14 pro de iPhone, y la aplicación continua mal ajustada y NO entiendo para que ?! Jamás había sufrido de algo similar, dan mala imagen mala espina porque pareciera pirata y además es muy frustrante que la flechita que es para retroceder esta empalmada Justo en la esquina donde iPhone te da la hora, de igual manera en la esquina donde deberías de poder escanear artículos se empalma con la esquina superior derecha donde sale la batería, las barritas del internet/ señal.
No se de que otra mejor manera describir esta situación ojalá alguien más lo reporte mejor que yo, esto fue mi mejor esfuerzo gracias ojalá mejoren esta aplicación.

CRAAAAASSSHHHH
The app has great potential. I only use it to check my benefits, however it’s very difficult as the app crashes like none I’ve ever seen. I open the app, see a woman pleasantly shopping, and boom, crashes. This constantly happens even after deleting and downloading again. I may get as far as to the benefits, only saw a glance, not even enough time to at least screen shot and it crashes. Terrible.
