Waste of time

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Frankly I regret ever buying this product as it’s never worked.

The app is useless. The product itself you can’t set to run automatically. Only way we can use our heating is by manually turning on and off.

Impossible to connect to Wi-fi, so it’s utterly pointless.

I’ve wasted SO many hours on this. Says that bugs are fixed 3 months ago. They’re not. Tried factory reset, no good. Tried a 2.4 mini hub, no good. Does anyone have the names of alternatives?
