Incorrect things...
1.) Under SHARE: product information: HSN: it is in French only.
2.) Under SHARE: Fit For Cupid Challenge: get to know the fit for Cupid kit: it does not contain a picture showing what is in the kit. Instead it’s a pic of prize amount and how to enter your photo.

Great! But...
The app is a really great app. I’m not sure why, but my app says that my username/ password are invalid and will not allow me to log in despite my premium membership. This makes it difficult to ship samples and have that easy access.
Too many crashes
At one point this app was great but for the past month the app crashes (white screen) every time you want to look at the alert that is sent by corporate, whether it be an announcement or the follow up details from a sample sent. Many times I have to power my phone on/off to get it to work. Please fix this bug!

Problem app saying it’s open, but it’s Not. Please correct error I cut off phone twice nothing change.J
The worst
I bought the lifetime subscription for $19 and it crashes. Every time I get on the app, it’s stuck on a blank screen. Needs an update
I love it !
I really enjoy using the app! It has amazing tools and an easy way to use ! It show every step about the sample you submit even when the people you sent it are watching the videos ! Love it ;)

Is there a monthly fee for this app? For TLC users that are just starting out 30 days free is not enough time to generate enough business to justify paying $19 a month please consider offering this resources for free or at a discounted price to help everyone be productive and successful. Thank You
Samples don’t send
Although you buy sample credits that does not mean your samples are obligated to ship, waste of money. It’s been 2 months they still have not shipped yet you make me purchase this app for $20.
Crashing
Everytime I login to use my sample credits the app crashes rather I'm on my iPad or iPhone. I have reinstalled several times and still doesn't allow me to send samples with my credits. Then sometimes when I login it says invalid ID/password. When I've been using the same ID/password. This app needs much work.

App does not work
App froze and does not want to work. I uninstalled it and reinstalled and nothing works. I restarted my phone and still does not work. I’m stuck on a white screen.
AWESOME
This APP is AWESOME! A complete office in my phone that I can carry with me! To be able to forward informational videos and to allow customers to PURCHASE and or ENROLL as a LIFE CHANGER through this APP doesn’t get any simpler for this BABY BOOMER! NO additional upgraded membership needed! Thanks TLC!

This app is crap
I’m new to this company no one anwer the phone it takes days for a reply and now this app is total crap
Premium Subscription
I have the app and I got signed out and can’t get back in. It tells me I don’t have a Premium subscription. It had been working fine, but did not give me an option for a Premium subscription. No way to get in touch with anyone to get help.
APP NOT WORKING
If I could give it a zero I would. I had to log out and tried to reinstall and now it says (I’m not a premium customer and won’t except my login or password) very frustrating!!!!
