Supposed be free app

Do not like app at all! Ask for free tree identification. Did not specify how much it cost or if only one time purchase. Does not specify how to get out of purchase. I’m on fixed income and cannot afford any added cost. So someone please call me or text or email me and let me know how to receive a refund if any.
