What is this even for?
Absolutely nothing. You scroll down the list of events, click on one, then have the unfortunate idea to go back to the list… and you’re forced to scroll all the way down again because the app can’t even bother to remember where you were on the previous page. That alone makes it frustrating to use. The navigation feels clunky, basic usability features are missing, and it turns what should be a simple browsing experience into unnecessary busywork. Do yourself a favor and just use the website. This app adds no value and only makes the process more annoying.

Not what I hoped
Toronto Symphony performs in the core of downtown Toronto where it’s very hard to get to these days. I was hoping they would offer a season subscription digitally the way the Berlin Philharmonic does. I’d gladly pay $200 a year for access to all the performances.
Needs to fix in-app exchange tickets window
You can’t click submit when filling out the exchange tickets page in the App. People spent effort putting in all the require info but cannot click the “submit” button because it’s too low on the page and somehow the bottom part cannot be displayed. Very disappointing experience with the App
Terrible UI design
The UI is not compatible with iPhone screen, seems designed for 7/8 years old phone. The filter options under “concert and event”, using awful blue color with black font, which killing my eyes.
Suggestions
Currently this is a very basic app. Please consider adding features to show past concert attended and add a rating/notes feature for past performances that we attended
Functionality
In 2024 it is surprising that there is not a facial recognition interface. Plus, the sign in screen does not make use of predictive email addresses from an iPhone. Further, the password screen should have a reveal function in this day and age of longer passwords due to cybersecurity risks. Time for an upgrade TSO?

Convenient
Managing my concert tickets with the My TSO app is incredibly convenient. No more lost tickets and it’s so easy to share tickets with family and friends.
Super convenient
Seems like there are some poor reviews from a previous version of this, but the one that came out in summer 2024 is great so far. I'm able to easily see my subscription and access my tickets on concert night. Haven't used it to buy tickets yet but it's been a great life improvement so far!
The new My TSO app is great!
I was not around for the old TSO app, but the new My TSO app is fantastic! It’s easy to find information about upcoming events, explore subscription packages and benefits, view your performance tickets, add them to your wallet, and share them with concert companions. I look forward to using it for the 24/25 season and beyond.

Terrible app!
I downloaded this app to buy tickets for a concert that I really want to attend. The “select your own seat” link does not work... you can’t access a map to see where the advertised seats are... and when I tried to reserve tickets blind, in the hopes of liking the seats, I got a message saying that it was impossible to reserve those tickets and to try again! This happened in two different sections.

Made me miss half the show
Tickets disappeared while I was waiting in line, had to go to the box office to print tickets and when I got back they informed me I had to wait until intermission. Missed half the show.
Great first version!
Love that tso has expanded into the app world! Look forward to getting tickets in the new year! Looks slick and seems to run well. Couple of suggestions - please incorporate ability to buy sound check tickets! I'm sure a good chunk of app users will be under 35. Also - instead of photos would be great to read more about composers/musicians. Thanks!
