Every month it says I have a longer grace period but then it seems to always shut me off on the 3rd day even when the day before it said I have 3 days LEFT of grace period. It doesn’t explain usage well, it says one phone number has 4GB of Unlimited Data…but what? 4GB used? I would think so but sometimes it says 0GB of Unlimited so maybe it’s how much is Left of “Priority”? It also tells me my 2 Lines cost $80 but I know it’s $60, $40 for the 1st Line and $20 for the second. Luckily when I pay $60 it accepts it and my service on both lines continues uninterrupted, but I wonder how many were told one amount and now the app tells them they owe more and they just pay it without realizing they are paying more than they were told their plan would be. All phone providers seem to have a heavy penchant for scamming the vulnerable customers like the elderly, so its not just us cellular, but it is disappointing there isn’t a single reliable cell phone provider that doesn’t rip you off with the fine print. I went to prepay after 5 years on contract when they had told me my iPhone would be free, and then I got a bill every month with a charge and every call they would swear it would be fixed with a credit “on the next statement”. Im not exaggerating when I say that went on every month for years. Never again. I do like the prepay service. $60 for two lines is affordable even if the service is spotty way too often.

I’m not particularly technologically savvy but I find this app very easy and helpful to use. When I have questions and need to chat online with an agent, they are always very quick and helpful while being friendly as well. I appreciate that in this day and age!

Everytime they do an update it screws the app all up. Then you go to pay your bill and Renew end up jumping through 30 hoops in process.

Auto pay does not work
The app will not let me auto pay my service. Very dissatisfied.
